As a Resident you always have a spacious personal workspace available, you can use our cowork meeting pods, common areas and services, and you can book our other meeting rooms at favorable conditions.

Your desk is located in one of our 2 shared spaces that are exclusively reserved for our permanent Residents.

    Our first floor and ground floor offer a multifunctional framework that we can adapt flexibly to your needs. Constant has 4 compact to large meeting rooms and a spacious lobby with bar, which you can book separately or in combination for you and your guests. You book either for a half or full day.

    In all our meeting rooms we provide high-speed internet, fixed or mobile displays, wireless presentations and meetings, professional audio, print service, daylight with the option of darkening, and climate control. Coffee, tea and water are available.

    Need a specific technical framework for your meeting or event, or tailor-made catering? Our professional kitchen is specially equipped for external caterers and for chefs who cook on site for a smaller group. We are ready to offer you a tailor-made solution!

    Constant is open on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. For meetings & events after 6 pm, at the weekend or on a public holiday, we are happy to discuss the possibilities.
