From a young age, Lis was surrounded by the inspiring world of chemistry and innovation<\/strong>, nurtured by parents who taught her to dream big and explore the unknown. The brew lab became her sanctuary, a place where she could experiment, create, and bring her vision to life.<\/p>\n

Inspired by her family name, Schwartz, she lovingly reimagined this traditional German beer and gave it a personal twist.
